I’m Maria Evans, a CT-licensed real estate agent helping families buying and selling their homes since 2002.

I’m very proud to have helped over 300 American, Brazilian, and Hispanic clients in Fairfield County.

I’m originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where I got my Bachelor’s degree in Economics and worked for over 20 years in the country’s largest bank.

More than 20 years ago, while still living in Brazil, I met my now husband Paul, we dated for awhile and got married in 2001. That year my son and I moved to Connecticut and we started to build our new life.

Soon enough I’d find my true passion, which is helping clients buy and sell their homes.
